For a long time there have been reports about the future plans of the new owner of the British concern. Finally, the time has come for the first step – the launch of production in Solihull.

The historic Norton automotive brand is finally back on track. It seems that the acquisition of the concern by the Indian company TVS Motor Company will allow to get out of the hole.

According to the announcement, the first motorcycles produced after the hiatus are expected to be the last series of the Norton 961 Commando model with the Classic badge.

It is worth remembering that Norton has been on the market for 123 years. It is not rare to find such legends in the automotive world.
